What is your shipping policy?

United Kingdom

We offer free shipping on all UK mainland orders!
Usually 2-3 working days for free delivery. Express is usually is 1-2 working days.

 

International

For international orders the shipping cost is £14.99 no matter what size or quantity.
EU Shipping times: Usually within 4-5 working days.
Worldwide Shipping times: Usually within 1-2 weeks.

 

What is your returns policy?

My order arrived damaged

Any damage to items within your order must be reported in email or writing to our team within 48 hours of when you received the ordered products this can be done through our contact page. We will normally refund your postage costs when returned back to us, or arrange a re-delivery of the damaged product at our expense. The Health Cloud may request photographic evidence of any damaged goods in respect of your claim. Authorisation must then be given by us to return the damaged goods before we can release any credit or arrange any product(s) reshipments.

 

I want to return unwanted products

If you have any issues with your order (with the exception of damage), this must be reported in email or writing to us within 14 days for both UK and International orders from the date of receipt of the products. You will be responsible for the cost of returning all unwanted (non faulty) items back to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund the cost within 7 days. We recommend you use a signed delivery service to avoid the parcel getting lost.

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only; initial postage costs will not be refunded. We must receive the item(s) back within 14 days of notification of intent to cancel in a re-saleable condition. Any orders returned to us because we were supplied insufficient address details are subject to a £5.00 re-delivery charge. None of the above affects your statutory rights.

 

My order is wrong or missing a product

No problem, contact us and we’ll send out another product or refund it for you!

 

Do you accept orders over the phone?

For security reasons we do not accept orders by phone. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, or want some more information about a product please contact us via our contact page and we will get back to you very soon.

 

What security does this website use?

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt any personal information you send to us when you sign up or place your order. The information you send is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on our secure server – It cannot be read in transit. Your personal details such as name and email address are then encrypted and stored on our server.

We do not process or store any card details on our server. This is all processed on trusted third-party servers (Stripe/PayPal) for enhanced security and peace of mind. We also enforce a security policy at the workplace. This includes various security procedures, frequent password changes and virus/spyware awareness.

 

What do you do with my personal details?

Your personal details such as name and email address are encrypted and stored on our server. Your personal details are used to process your order via Paypal and to send you relevant order information and invoices, they will never be shared with a third party.

If you have chosen to sign up to our newsletter we will use some of your personal information (such as email address) to send you offers and promotions. You can remove yourself from our newsletter at any time but contacting us or using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter email.
